Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (1831–1891) was one of the most controversial and influential occult figures of the modern era. Founder of the Theosophical Society and author of Isis Unveiled and The Secret Doctrine, she introduced Eastern philosophy, karma, and reincarnation to the West while claiming contact with mysterious “Mahatmas” in Tibet. From her wandering years and psychic experiments to the founding of the Society in New York, her move to India, and her final years in London, Blavatsky left a lasting mark on Western esotericism. This episode explores her early life, mediumship, the Coulomb Affair, the Hodgson Report, her magnum opus The Secret Doctrine, and her dramatic vision of Atlantis and the Root Races.
